Do you recall which carrier service you selected for the return label?
Depending on the USPS service you selected, the label may or may not have included delivery confirmation/tracking. The link below will explain which USPS services automatically receive delivery confirmation.
What is USPS Delivery Confirmation?
If the return label included delivery confirmation, you can locate the tracking number for that label in your Shipment History page. This link explains how to locate that information in your account.
How to: Track my shipments
If however, the return label did not include delivery confirmation, no tracking would be provided by USPS. In which case we recommend contacting USPS directly, for any possible assistance they might be able to provide.
