ALL csv upload addresses unverified no matter what?!

I'm losing my mind over here. When I'm in the final stage, all the addresses are in blue meaning they should be all set. However, once I complete the upload and the orders appear in my order log -- they are ALL UNVERIFIED. Please help, there's hundreds of orders on this project and I cannot 'verify'/'use anyway' each one individually

Hello Jennifer, and thank you for posting to our community.

As you discovered, the State entries for CSV order uploads are limited to the standard two letter abbreviations. We have details on mapping fields for your CSV files here:

CSV Order Uploads: Column mapping - required fields & explanations

We typically recommend taking a look at our sample order CSV file, available from the link below, to compare and test with if necessary.

CSV Order Uploads: Sample CSV file

To avoid loading addresses as unverified, we also recommend allowing the address verification to process your imported orders during the mapping stage. This will allow you to view and correct any unverified or problematic addresses in the preview, before completing the upload.

Unfortunately there is not a way to currently bulk accept address updates or "use anyway" within the app, so verifying during the upload process would be the easiest way to bulk correct your order addresses.

In the future, you are welcome to email us any CSV files you experience problems with, using the support email link in the top left of your account. We are happy to look over any files to help make them problem free for you.

Thank you and happy shipping!

sigh. I had to (in the CSV) change all the state codes from being formatted like US-MA for Massachusetts to just MA. Still - it says they're fine before the final upload and then they load as unverified so???? I have more orders to upload and would rather not have to do that so if there's any solution please let me know
