Looking at your account, both Endicia accounts appear to be connected now. It seems you are good to go but if not, please let us know.
For your future reference: here are our tips for fixing suspended Endicia accounts. If that does not work, you would need to reset your passphrase. Since you are on our free Starter plan, you would email the temporary passphrase from Endicia to us endicia.account@shippingeasy.com so we could assist in re-connecting the account.
