How can I change the store name?

When my customers receive an email, the FROM field includes the store name in my sidebar under "Stores." How can I change the store name?

I'd like it to be more user-friendly.

Thanks for your reply, Jacen. I think I'm still confused. The "store name" that I want to change is in my sidebar under "Stores." I've attached a screenshot. Is this what you're talking about? Thanks.

Hello Wayne, thanks for the response.

Yes, if you change your Store Name using the instructions in the link I posted previously, or using the information in the link below, that will automatically change the Store names in the sidebar to match.

${data.category.name}
