While Eleventh Avenue can send order to ShippingEasy that were received after integration with ShippingEasy, it cannot send any that were existing prior to the integration.
If the unsent orders were in your store, prior to integrating with ShippingEasy, those can be added to ShippingEasy using a CSV file, via the instructions in the link below.
If the orders were received after integration, normally current orders with a status of "awaiting_shipment" are sent to ShippingEasy from Eleventh Avenue.
Are the current unsent orders, in the "awaiting shipment" status in your Eleventh Avenue store?
If so, can you email our support directly at issues@shippingeasy.com, along with some current Order number examples and a screenshot of an order with the status displayed?
If your unsent orders are not in the "awaiting shipment" status, you may need to check the payment status of the orders, and/or contact Eleventh Avenue support to find out how to get the orders into that status.
