I am trying to buy postage and get the response " The account credit card’s expiration date has passed. Error encountered (Log ID: 23828)" However my Expiration date is 3 years from now and the card is valid. I have much shipping to do toady. What can I do??? Thank you. Lonny Jarrett

We're sorry to hear you are experiencing trouble purchasing postage. I was able to confirm the expiration date for your card has not actually passed.
It is possible Endicia has placed a hold on your account for some reason and instead, it is coming up as an expiration date error. You can typically get that cleared up with a quick phone call to Endicia. The link below provides all of Endicia's contact information.
