I am trying to create shipping labels for orders invoiced through Paypal. It appears that 19 of my orders have successfully pulled into ShippingEasy but I have 13 remaining orders on PayPal that have not synced. All invoices were made and paid from 5/18-5/22. Some invoices from the 18th have come over but the remainder have not. These orders do not show as completed in PayPal so I’m not sure why the remaining 13 orders after the most recent 19 have not pulled over.
If someone could provide assistance it would be much appreciated.

Sorry to hear you are having troubles with your PayPal orders syncing over.
First, I would recommend making sure the orders are in a status we sync.
ShippingEasy will only sync the following statuses:
Transactions: Success, Pending, Processing, Completed
Invoices: Sent, MarkedAsPaid, Partially Refunded
Also, if you have more than one store filtering orders to PayPal then you will likely need to make an update your settings in ShippingEasy. Please go go SETTINGS >> STORES & ORDERS then click the Edit store settings link under your PayPal store. The "Filter Orders By Email" field within the "Store Info" section is what you will need to update if you have more than one store platform using PayPal. I see you manually uploaded some orders and assume that was for the recent missing orders. If you come across an order missing again after taking action on the recommendations I mentioned, please email us at issues@shippingeasy.com with more information about the affected order including order number, status, date placed, and a screenshot of the order from the backend of PayPal.
