I just noticed that I got charged the refill amount for Endicia First Class even though the only postage charge I made was for Endicia International. I don't understand, what would trigger the charge for Endicia First Class?
Also, I'd like to see a tally of postage purchases (the refills) and match them up to a tally of postage charges (for each shipment) to make sure they're both equal (i.e. I'm only paying for what I'm using). I know I can view past postage charges by looking at my shipping history, but where can I see/download a tally of postage purchases?

Your Transaction history will also be able to provide you with a tally of your postage purchases so you can match them up with your postage charges.
