Yesterday my orders stopped appearing in ShippingEasy. I had to use Shippo.

I have even archived and reinstalled the store in ShippingEasy, with new Store API. Nothing changed. Help.

Hi there,

Thank you for posting to our forums!

Sorry to hear you ran into issues with your WooCommerce store integration.  Looking at your account now, I see WC orders listed on the Orders page.  As such, I am hoping you were able to resolve the issue.  If not, you might try using our new WooCommerce integration instead of the Legacy one.  More about that can be found in the links below:

If we need to troubleshoot the Legacy integration further, please provide more information including the version of WooCommerce and WordPress you are using, confirm SSL is enabled and up-to-date, and provide any error messages you see when you try to send orders over to ShippingEasy from WooCommerce.

Hi There - You must be looking at old orders. I have manually entered orders for a week now. I really need this fixed. Frustrated.

Hi again,

I am looking at the account for Revive4Life and I see new orders on the Orders page from WooCommerce (Legacy) Store.  If you log in and go to the Orders page, and click the small reset button on the top left of the screen, do the orders appear?

If not, please give us more information including the version of WooCommerce and WordPress you are using, confirm SSL is enabled and up-to-date, and provide any error messages you see when you try to send orders over to ShippingEasy from WooCommerce. Example order numbers would also be helpful in order to troubleshoot further.

Also, since you are currently on a paid plan, you can use the links at the top of the app for email, phone, or chat support for a quicker resolution.  We're happy to help further if needed- just let us know and be sure to provide us with the information requested above.

Thanks!

Hello John, and thank you for posting to our community!

It looks like you are using our WooCommerce Legacy integration. If you set this up recently (since July 2017) it will no longer work, and you will want to reintegrate using our current WooCommerce integration option, using the steps in the link below.

How to: Integrate WooCommerce with ShippingEasy

However, if you set this store integration up prior to July, the first thing we recommend checking, is to make sure your credentials match up from ShippingEasy. You can do that easily by manually sending one of your orders to ShippingEasy.

To manually send an order, choose to edit an order in WooCommerce from the Order Actions menu, then select send to ShippingEasy.

If you receive an Access Denied error when trying to send the order, that typically indicates your credentials from ShippingEasy have not been added correctly to the ShippingEasy plugin within WooCommerce. If that is the case, we would recommend you recheck the Keys you entered, discussed in steps 13-20 for version 1.x, or Part 4 for version 3.x using the links below:

How to: Integrate WooCommerce with ShippingEasy (v1.x)

How to: Integrate WooCommerce with ShippingEasy (v3.x)

If manually sending an order works for you, can you verify the ShippingEasy plugin is installed within the WooCommerce integration tab, and that the API URL listed is: https://app.shippingeasy.com?

Thank you.
