I'm sorry to hear you are having troubles with your Shopify product import.

When you export the products from Shopify, please be sure you are following the steps listed here:  https://help.shopify.com/manual/products/import-export/export-products#export-your-products

Once you have the information from Shopify, you will need to format your CSV file exactly as this guide states:  CSV Product Uploads: Column mapping - required fields & explanations

I also recommend downloading our Sample CSV file so you can see how it should be formatted:  ShippingEasy sample product CSV

Once the CSV file is formatted correctly and ready for upload, please follow the steps here to upload the products:  How to: Add items to my Product catalog
