Ebay inventory tracking for my store

Hello,

I've been trying to integrate each Ebay store with Shipping Easy, so it would manage the inventory for each ad (update qty).

I've followed the steps on this page: https://support.shippingeasy.com/hc/en-us/articles/209283146?_ga=2.141350391.475507120.1510585880-117157163.1507741909

But I haven't enable the inventory update within the ebay store, so it would grant permission to Shipping Easy to track stock levels because I just can't find the option within Ebay.

In another Help Post I found this:

When integrating, eBay will require that you agree to grant ShippingEasy access to your eBay account.  eBay may ask you to answer some security questions to verify your account before allowing it to connect with ShippingEasy. This is to ensure privacy and security when connecting your store with a 3rd party application such as ShippingEasy.

Still this won't help as It does not say where exactly within Ebay I should search for the option.

Hope you can help, Daniel.

Hello Daniel, and thank you for posting to our Community!

It's possible eBay may not have a place for you to specifically grant permission to track stock levels. However, we do encourage you to check the information in the link below regarding Tracking inventory quantity in eBay.

Once you have checked the eBay options, you should be able to import your eBay products to ShippingEasy if need be, using the steps in the link below.

When you are ready to link your eBay products to ShippingEasy, you can use the steps in the next link below.
