Can't Get Ebay Orders To Sync

Hello,

 

Ever since a few months ago, my ebay orders will not sync and I have been forced to use manual orders to get things done.

 

I have tried archiving/deleting/reconnecting my ebay accounts multiple times.

 

There used to be no issues, but it seems like it stopped working when my ebay store went "inactive" for a while and then I came back and started the sync again, but nothing would sync even after a few days.

 

Is there any solution to this? I feel like it is kind of pointless to be using this tool if I have to manually enter orders everytime.

Hello Alvin, and thank you for posting to our community!

It appears both of your eBay stores are connected and syncing regularly on the hour. Could you tell us which eBay store or if both are not syncing orders?

Also could you provides us with an order number from eBay that has not synced and is still waiting to be shipped?

I assume you mean the 'Item Number'? From the order details page, I see '122402623714' as the Item Number on Ebay.

 

It is still not syncing to shipping easy, but the order is in the 'shipped' state in ebay now since I manually added the tracking number.

 

As for which store, this is the store in my account labeled "Alvin's ebay store".

 

I would really like to get my orders to sync properly since I haven't been able to get accurate packing slips since it would take too much time to enter all the information manually.

Thank you for the reply, however, unfortunately we actually need the Order or Sales Record number which the article below explains how to find.

How can I find the eBay sales record numbers that ShippingEasy pulls in?

Ok, I have finally got an order to sync from ebay again.

I am not sure what fixed it, but there are only 2 things that I did.

I opted into the new "Seller Hub" experience. I also enabled/subscribed to ebay's "selling manager" (the free version).

Anyone else running into this issue may want to give that a try then wait a couple hours for sync.
