Evidently the system allowed us to go "OVER" our allotment of 50 free per month. I completely realize that we can't go over 50, usually it would stop us there. However you allowed us to purchase shipping labels for 48-53 last night and now no matter what we do it goes back to the "you need to upgrade your account page".
I appreciate the free service and have no problem waiting till the 25th when it resets, but I have postage that I have purchased that you will not let me reprint??
That can't be right, You already took the money out of my account and paid the USPS for the postage. Surely it isn't right that you aren't letting me print out postage I've already paid for???

Based on your description, it sounds like you may have created a batch for labels 48-53 which is most likely why you were able to purchase over your plan's maximum of 50.
Unfortunately our Starter accounts are locked out from printing shipments when you reach your limit, as discussed in the link below:
