Hello! In the past I used shipping easy but disconnected my account because the cost was not justified for the amount of shipping I was doing. I would like to reconnect for the free plan. How can I go about doing this?

I'd be glad to reactivate your account on the free Starter plan and will go ahead and do that now.
Please note that when you are ready to create new USPS labels then you will need to sign up for a new free Endicia account. You can do that by logging in to your ShippingEasy account and going to Settings then Postage & Carriers then clicking on the blue button to start the registration process. Screenshots of the process can be found in the article linked below:
