How can I find out what I paid for shipping last year for tax purposes?

I no longer have a paid subscription for your service and cannot access any reports to find out how much I spent on shipping services last year, which I need for tax purposes. Can you please tell me how to access this information?

Because your accounts has been closed, your Endicia postage accounts have been closed as well, which is where you would normally obtain your reports for tax purposes.

Where can I find tax reports?

I've summarized the article below to help get you started, it includes steps on how to get information on:

  • Postage:

Your postage reports are obtained per carrier. I recommend that you use postage reports from the carrier directly if you are matching purchases with your bank account, or looking for the exact amount of postage purchased and refunded for a specific period.

  • Subscription:

This includes the cost of your subscription to ShippingEasy, and add-ons every month. These are typically sent to the ShippingEasy account owner's inbox.

  • Insurance:

This includes the amount you have purchased for Shipsurance, these invoices will look similar to your subscription invoices.

Special note on reports:

There are various reports available! If you are only looking for a general amount of postage purchased, I recommend you check out our Shipping Margin report (All). The link below explains how to export reports from your account.

Complete useless information, your date does not go back to 1 year, POS system and we are about to move away from this platform because of it.  No way to run a Yearly Report for tax purposes, also ENDICIA is the same way.  Also if answering questions maybe you should stop lying to customers and actually take your time to answer a question correctly.
