I have orders that are not crossing over, the only thing that I can think is that I did not charge shipping on these orders, would this create them to not send to shipping easy???

My orders where I don't charge shipping aren't being sent from bless either.
It's been working all along, until now that I have orders where I'm not charging shipping.

Do you know if you checked the Ship This Order option for the orders you are not charging shipping? If not, unfortunately those orders will not be sent to ShippingEasy.
If you did, can you confirm those orders are listed in your Shipping Management page within Bless? If they are not listed there, that would indicate the Ship This Order option wasn't checked or some other issue is holding it up.
If you suspect something else is keeping them from your Shipping Management page, we would recommend reaching out to the folks at Bless/LuLaRoe for further help understanding why they weren't moved to that page so they could be sent to ShippingEasy.

I guess it makes sense that if the “ship this order” isn’t selected, it won’t go in the list. So do I select that ship option but put $0.00 for the ship cost??

You are spot on! I have heard that adding "Ship this Order" and putting any cost at all, even $0 will work to send those orders over!

FYI....I tried checking the "ship this order" in Bless and then set it to $0.00. It did NOT go to shipping easy. I had to copy/paste every single one. :(
Well...I clicked "ship this order" & I put in a penny and it didn't go over from Bless. There goes that idea.
Copy & Paste for us free people....although I pay the $5 for scale integration.
Any ideas on what else to try?

On closer inspection of your account, it looks like you have the old LuLaRoe integration. This version integration has been discontinued as it did not communicate two ways to update tracking. We now only support the Bless integration for the LuLaRoe BLESS stores, which are only available on paid accounts.
I am very sorry I did not notice this previously.

Then how come when I have a regular customer through Bless, with shipping, it works flawlessly? Or it did last time I had an order a few weeks ago.

Hello Andrea, and thank you for posting to our community!
Normally the Bless system will only send orders that are Completed and were created with the Ship This Order option checked. However, any Completed orders that existed prior to the connection of your Bless account will not be sent.
If on the other hand, you had any Open orders that are Completed after the Bless connection to ShippingEasy, those should be sent.
In addition, any orders paid with cash will not be sent to ShippingEasy, as the Bless system assumes those sales were made in person.

If your shipments do not fall under those scenarios, you may want to reach out to the folks at LuLaRoe/Bless to get more information regarding why certain orders aren't being sent.
