shipping label branding not working

According to the site, to print out a custom sub-label of size 130x360 on shipping labels, it is necessary & sufficient to provide SE with such a size image in PNG or JPG format, in 16 bit.

I've done that.  It actually took one heck of a lot of work to get that image in 16 bit, but I did it.

It still doesn't work though-- the image which comes up on the label is the SE label.

IS THAT BECAUSE I have an El Cheapo account?  ( If so, it would have been nice if I had known that up front, instead of spending hours trying to make it work )

Otherwise, what possible problem could result in its not working?  The image I've uploaded is 130x360 PNG in 16 bit format....

Hello Eden,

Thank you for writing to ShippingEasy. Very sorry for any inconvenience in trying to set this up.

You are correct that this marketing feature is only available to paid account levels. I can request that our tooltip for adding these label logos include mention of this in the future.

For more information about adding your logo to a label, please click here.

Please let us know if we can further assist.

MAY I suggest a compromise.

When the user has an El Cheapo account, that 130x260 is treated like two 130 squares-- one for me, one for Shipping Easy.

Is there a downside I'm not seeing?  You still get to ad your co, I get to ad my co, which incentivizes me to use your co... win win win.

And I think your programmers could whip that up in ten minutes, n'est ce pas?  Plz float the idea at your next bored meeting, thx,

Hi Eden,

Thank you for the response and feedback.

Unfortunately we don't currently provide a way to add two logo squares to a label, but this is a great suggestion.

Would you consider reposting your specific needs and interest to our Feature Requests forums? These are monitored by our CEO and Product Team and used to prioritize future development work.

We look forward to seeing you in the Feature Request forum and taking an active role in helping to shape ShippingEasy!

Thank you and happy shipping!
