We decided to give Shippingeasy marketing a try and now our store stopped communicating with woocommerce. We get the orders from woo but when we complete the order Shippingeasy is not communication with woo.
The only thing we did was start the marketing from Shippingeasy.
Not happy :(

Thank you for writing to ShippingEasy. I see that you added Customer Marketing around 3/16. The last successful store update was on the 12th, but because you are using the WooCommerce Legacy integration I am unable to pull error logs to see what kind of error we are getting when an update fails. I double checked your settings for your WooCommerce store and noticed that the callback path used for those tracking updates had the HTTPS listed 2 times. I am not sure if this was causing the issue but I went ahead and fixed that.
You may want to give the newer WooCommerce integration a try if this is still an issue since that will give us the ability to see what error we get from WooCommerce when there is a store update exception.
How to integrate WooCommerce
If the issue persists please upgrade to the current WooCommerce integration and let us know. Once the new store is integrated we can take a closer look.
