I currently pay $100 per month to an app that allows my customer orders to default to the nearest distributor. I have three locations in the US. Thus, if someone is on the east coast, their shipping comes from my Jersey location. It's a great app, but if ShippingEasy came up with their own version and integrated it into my account, that would be GREAT!!! It would save a step and be organized better. My distributors could just log into their accounts, see their orders, and ship. HOwever, the customer shipping would be based on their location. Customer support with ShippingEasy has been much better than my app guys and I'm sure pricing would be competitive. Thanks- Rob

 

The key to the app is that customers pay shipping based on the nearest store. That's what Go Shipping could add to their services.

We greatly appreciate your post to our feature request forum.

While we don't have a function specifically for separating out your orders based on location, you should be able to do that with our Shipping Rules feature.

I've linked some guides below that can help you get your rules setup, but basically you might want to set up a rule for each distributor you have.You could then choose to assign your orders to each User/Distributor, based on Destination State, and/or type.
