Where is my account transaction history?

I am looking for my account transaction history for taxes.

There is already a post with this title where the answer says
"You can get your total shipped by going to the Reports area there on the blue bar. Just set the time frame up top, then run a complete shipping report. Once you export that to Excel you can then use a =SUM formula on the Postage Cost column.  Here is how to make a complete shipping report: https://support.shippingeasy.com/hc/en-us/articles/203083919-How-to-Create-a-custom-Report"

The trouble is that I cannot follow the instructions in the reply as there is no REPORTS tab on the navigation bar at the top of my screen.

Hello Rich!

Thanks for posting to our community today!

Our paid plans do have access to the shipping reports, however, I did notice that you are on our free Starter plan. Unfortunately, shipping reports are not a feature for this plan type.  Here is what comes with the Starter plan:

However, you can still obtain your tax information and postage history. We have a complete guide on how to obtain your tax reports via the link below.

Where can I find tax reports?

I've summarized the article below to help get you started, it includes steps on how to get information on:

  • Postage:

Your postage reports are obtained per carrier. I recommend that you use postage reports from the carrier directly if you are matching purchases with your bank account, or looking for the exact amount of postage purchased and refunded for a specific period.

Here is a quick way to download your USPS postage transaction history: How to: Obtain my Endicia refund and transaction history

  • Subscription:

This includes the cost of your subscription to ShippingEasy, and add-ons every month. These are typically sent to the ShippingEasy account owner's inbox.

  • Insurance:

This includes the amount you have purchased for Shipsurance, these invoices will look similar to your subscription invoices.

Special note on reports: not available with the Starter plan

Please feel free to reply if you have more questions.

Thank you!
