Woocommerce not syncing

This is maddening, I have followed all of the information regarding syncing my woocommerce store with Shipingeasy. It was working great for a while, and then stopped. No amount of setup will work. I have deleted, re-added, made sure that the API keys, etc are correct. Status selection is correct. The purpose of this service was to make this easier, and I find myself having to key them almost every time.

If there is some super double secret way to make this work, someone please let me know. I am just starting out and will most likely look for another service.

Hi Brian, and thanks for posting to our community!

Currently ShippingEasy can only download orders based on created at time due to a Woocommerce Rest restriction. This means orders with changed statuses (updated/modified) will sync during one of our automatic daily look backs, every morning, afternoon, and overnight. You also have the option to sync in all order statuses so all orders immediately so there is no delay with getting your orders to show in ShippingEasy.

This is a limitation that impacts everyone that connects with the WooCommerce API, not just ShippingEasy. We have a ticket open with them to request they let us query by updated at/ modified at time.

To confirm if your orders are updated/modified, simply check the Notes section of each order for Status changes. If a status change has occurred recently, that will mean the order will not sync during our normal hourly sync, but instead, during one of our daily lookbacks.

If however, any recently updated/modified orders are over 4 days old, you will need to enter those manually into ShippingEasy, using the step-by-step instructions in the link below, as we will be unable to sync those with our daily look backs.

How to: Add a Manual Order

Thank you and happy shipping!

Thank you for the information. However, I am not experiencing that at all. I recently had a brand new order that was less than 1 hour old. I asked ShippingEasy to Sync with my site, it did (It even did so on the integration screen) and it did not bring anything over. I have had order that I let sit to see if it would work on its own and it did not. Are there not logs or something that you can look at to figure out what is going on versus sending me off to deal with this myself?

Based on the other comments and whatnot on the forums this seems to be an ongoing issue, regardless of the REST limitations of woocommerce. The last three orders I have had to hand key and they were less than 2 days old.

I really like the service, the, discounts, handling and what not is great, I am just not happy customer. I believe that if the REST API is not working for you all, then I would go back to providing a plugin that does the job.

Please take a look at my integration and see what you all think. Maybe there is a configuration issue. If so, I cannot find it. Just sending me a note that I need to do something is not very helpful. I am sorry to say, this gets back to the lack of true support for the little guy.

Let me know what I should do, if anything.

Hi Brian,

Thanks again for the follow up post. I'm sorry the initial information I posted was not helpful.

I sent you an email directly, to see about getting some additional details about your orders so we can investigate this issue further.

Can you look for my email and respond back when you get a chance?

I look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks!

Hi Brian,

Thanks for the reply. Have you checked your spam or junk mail folders to see if my email was inadvertently placed there?

If not, or you cannot find it, could you contact our support directly at issues@shippingeasy.com and let them know you've been posting in our forums here.

Thanks!
