ShippingEasy won't connect to my Ecwid. Keeps saying disconnected. I don't know what I need to do.

Thanks. I did both and now have 2 stores that won't connect. I can't figure out what the problem is.

Hello Judy, and thank you for posting to our community.
Have you tried reconnecting your Ecwid store using the green Reconnect button listed to the right of your store listing in ShippingEasy? If not, the article linked below will explain how to access that setting. (Please disregard the Archive tab information since your store is still listed in the Active section)
How to: Re-connect a store that has been archived
During the reconnection process, you will be prompted to log into your Ecwid store. Please make sure you are able to log into your Ecwid store successfully.
If you have already attempted the reconnection process or it fails to connect your store, you may need to archive your current store and create a new one, using the step-by-step instructions in the link below.
