Store Stopped Syncing

One of my stores, VintageVenece, has stopped syncing.  I have had to manually enter orders or use eBay since 10/09/18.

I have 4 stores, the others are fine.

I made sure the Token was current, pressed Sync, I disconnected and reconnected the store, but it is still not syncing.  

Any thoughts?

Thanks for posting to our community today!

I did check your account and do see at least one order (Order 217) for VintageVenece that synced today. I also see order 216 from yesterday.  These are both showing on your orders page here:

https://app.shippingeasy.com/orders 

I do see all 4 eBay stores currently connected.  You are more than welcome to post an order number that is missing and I will be happy to take a look into that.

Also, please check our Knowledge Base link for eBay syncs under the section that reads "Why are my orders not downloading from eBay?" to see if any of those reasons could be causing your issue:

Wrong Store.

You are looking at VeneceVintage. I am referring to Vintagevenece, order number 263968623012.

Hello Ronda!

Thanks for your reply.  I am not seeing any orders numbers for 263968623012.  Also, I notice that most of your eBay orders follow a format of 3 digits, such as 213, 215 etc.  I am going to reach out to you via email to that I can get some further information on your order numbers that are missing for Vintagevenece

I am still having issues.  Please see the attached screenshot.  These orders have not synced.  

 

 

Also, I have an order in Shipping easy that is duplicated.  It was sold from VeneceVintage, but it appears twice in Shipping Easy from different stores.  This makes it frustrating as I (might) have to make sure I choose the correct store so that it re-syncs back to eBay.
