Not Being Charged Commercial Rates When We Should

We are getting commercial base rates with USPS, however Shippingeasy is charging us the non-commercial rate for the priority mail 2-day small flat rate envelope.
 
With our commercial rate it should be $6.95 but Shippingeasy is charging $7.17. Can this be changed since the current USPS rate for those with a commercial account is $6.95?

Thank you for posting to our forums.  Great question!

Postage rates were recently updated with USPS for 2019 and this means that the rates available in ShippingEasy were updated as well.

Commercial rates are available on our paid plans starting at $29 a month. We invite you to upgrade your account to receive these discounted rates.

The best way to see specific rates available while on the Starter plan is to enter your shipment information in the app to view the cost of the shipment on the Ready to Ship screen. I've included information on how to enter a manual order below if you aren't already familiar with that process.
