Created a shipment and purchased my label. Received an error that label generation failed but it still deducted the price from my balance. Could not reattempt the label generation without repurchasing the label.

Thanks for your post. Typically, failed labels do not initiate a charge from the postage account. You can check to see if it was by logging into the Endicia account.
How do I know if I was charged for a failed label?
I went ahead and logged into the account on your behalf and canceled the duplicate label that failed. You should receive the refund in 10-15 business days.
