Hello,

We have set the setting to split 2 quantity orders into single order. some order having different items are splitting itself but not the order having same itemsso why it is not split the order itself like other orders?

Hello there,

With the shipping rule condition Split all line items, that will split the items into its own order, with the exception of multiple quantity single items. With that, you would need to use the option to split order on the Orders page to split the multiple quantity line items since the shipping rule doesn't automatically do that.
