Hi Brian, 

Thanks for taking the time to post on our forum. We can bulk print multiple customs forms from the  Shipment History page! This should eliminate having so many extra clicks.

Use the filter options to display the shipments that require printing on the Shipment History page.

Save Filter Settings for Orders and Shipments | How-To

Once the orders are listed, select the box on the left side of the green bar to highlight all orders. Then go to the Print Actions tab above the green bar and select Print Customs Forms.

Print from Shipment History | How To

This will bundle the jobs together and send the PDF to the Ready to Print page on the right side. Select the icon to print and the forms should show on multiple pages.

Thanks for the response. I tried the functionality you suggested but it is not working. I highlighted 4 DHL Express orders on the shipping history page and selected the Print Customs Forms option whereupon a message pops up briefly that says "Queuing Customs Forms", but nothing happens after that. A PDF is not downloaded to my computer, nothing is sent to the Ready To Print page, nothing.

Is this functionality broken/buggy?

Thanks for the reply. We checked with our team on this error and it does appear that there is a bug. We are going to reopen this request and log this as a 'pending' function for DHL Express customs forms. We really appreciate you letting us know. As soon as there is an update, we will be sure to update this post as well.
