Is it possible to format my labels to use the "c/o" format instead of the "ATTN:" format?

I'm trying to create my first shipment being sent to NAME c/o COMPANY.

When I paste the address in, it correctly parses the fields as:

First Last
Company
ADDRESS

which is how I pasted it in using the c/o format, which is proper for a shipment going to this individual at this address.

But when I get to the confirmation page before buying the label, it shows the "Ship To" field as being:

Company
First Last
ADDRESS

using the ATTN: format, which is how I assume it'd show up on the label. This is a valid format, and, possibly even the most common, but it doesn't work for all situations, including the one I'm currently in.

So I guess my question is two-fold:

1) Is the preview how the label will actually come out when I buy it?

2) If so, is there any way to change it so it's "First Last c/o Company" instead of "Company ATTN: First Last"?

Hello Mike!

Thanks for posting to our community!

When the label is moved to Ready to Ship in preview mode before the label is purchased, the format the address shows up in is reflective of how the address will appear on the final label. Unfortunately, we don't have a way to change the format of how this shows.

With that being said, I invite you to post the ability to change or edit formats on labels as a feature request for our Product Managers to review in our Feature Request Forums

Thank You!

For the record, this response was false.

It didn't create the label as it appeared on the preview. It created the label with the name & company all on the same line (with the name first, I might add), forcing me to have to void the labels and recreate them.

Hello Michael

I do apologize for the misleading information regarding the label preview. I can understand your frustration with the previewed option not being in line with the final print. Your feedback and workflow experience are much appreciated. Unfortunately, we are unable to change the current format of how the label prints when purchased, but I have shared your concerns with my dev team in hopes that the label server is able to offer a feature that better represents the format you are expecting to see when printing.  Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
