So I manage a small shop for keychains on storenvy. This was my first time shipping internationally and due to me being used to the labels being correct from the get go and being in a rush the whole day we did not check the address. Now as I look on the order tracking number it says its arrived but to a completely different address in the country. I don't know if this was intentional or an error. What should I do now?
I shipped a package from the US to Australia but the shipping label sent it somewhere in Illinois, what do I do?

We are a service for providing shipping labels to businesses. For any delivery issues, we recommend reaching out to the Carrier directly. For USPS, here is their Contact Us page: https://www.usps.com/help/contact-us.htm
If the packages used a service that includes insurance then you could also file a claim with the Carrier:
