Our shipping easy account is not connecting to our magento 1 installation.  The store disconnected and I've been unable to reconnect.  The shipping easy API is not connecting to our store either, this appears to be a problem with the API.

I am using a free version of the license, is any support people from shipping easy monitoring the community forum?
