We are always sad to part ways with a customer, but we understand that sometimes you need to make hard decisions in the best interest of your business. If you have decided that it is time to close down your ShippingEasy account, we make it easy for you to do so.
Do Not Disconnect Your One Balance Account
ShippingEasy can only refund label funds from a One Balance account that is connected and visible on the CARRIER FUNDS settings page.
You do not need to disconnect your One Balance account before canceling your ShippingEasy account.
I think my business is too small to need ShippingEasy.

Most businesses need to retain records of their Shipment History and One Balance transactions for filing their taxes. If you have previously purchased label funds, it is important to download this data before closing your ShippingEasy account.
Once your ShippingEasy account is closed, you cannot access your Shipment History or One Balance records.

As part of the closing process, we will ask you for some feedback. We do appreciate a candid response and take all customer feedback to heart.
Upon closing your ShippingEasy account, we will notify your One Balance account provider. They will initiate the refund of any remaining money and close your One Balance account. Refunds may take 6-8 weeks.
To close your ShippingEasy account:
Click the Cancel Account button. You will be directed to the cancelation feedback form.
If you cannot see the Cancel Account button, try zooming out in your browser window:
On PC: Press the keys CTRL and -.
On Mac: Press the keys CMND and -.
Enter your feedback, then check the box next to I understand that by proceeding, I will immediately lose access to our account, including all data and records since joining.
Click the Cancel my account button to complete the cancelation.
You will receive a confirmation email that your ShippingEasy account has been closed.
