Our business frequently has multiple item purchase, up to 30-40 items.  Right now the packing slip is printing the header on every single page. This takes up about half of each pay doubling the amount of paper we need in order to send a packing slip.  This is wasteful for the environmental impact and shipping cost.  

I've worked with customer support but been told there is no way to only have the header bein on the first page.  I've attempted to use the HTML code editor but every entry I put in the HTML header gets shoved down into the HTML body section when you save it.  I've been told that it's working as designed.  

I really need a solution for having headers ONLY appear on the first packing slip.  

This same problem applies to the footer, I need that only on the bottom as well.
