Could you please build something into the reporting for Error Tracking & Reporting?

Perhaps a report where you can see returns, split shipments, and duplicate shipments on a single order?

Or even just the ability to add notes or reason codes to orders/shipments that would then show up in the Complete Shipping Report. This would be a way to track the number of orders with errors on them.

After an order has been shipped there is a spot to add internal shipping notes, but that isn't available as a data element in the reports section. Just adding extra notes sections on the order somewhere and reason codes and allow those to show up in the Complete Shipping Report would be a start.

Also an area to add name of who shipped the order would be nice as well.
