Quite often, a shipper is concerned that they might have forgotten to enter the International Tax ID (VAT, IOSS) before printing the label.  Once the label is printed, there is no way to tell if they did or did NOT input the International Tax ID, which is required to clear customs.  I understand that this information is sensitive so it cannot be printed or displayed, but couldn't there by a simple Y/N column in the Shipment History that would let us see at a glance whether the International Tax ID was input or if it was left blank?  Currently, we are probably cancelling labels that were fine, just because we weren't 100% certain that we entered the International Tax ID.
