Your current forms only allow us to lodge a claim - many times a parcel might not be lsot or damaged, but stuck somewhere or we need to lodge an update with UPS to help the parcel get to its intended destination.

As only Shipping Easy has access to the account login, we have to jump through impossible hoops to try and get information to UPS.

Make a new generic form/ticket method so we can request an update from UPS or jsut give us a way to log in to UPS with the correct account details from ShippingEasy so we can do it ourselves. Would be way faster to do it ourselves.
