I just did this yesterday so I have no idea why I am having this issue today, but I added the amount of money needed to my One Balance account so I could "pay and print" my shipping labels. However, after I did that, the system still seems to think I need to add money to my account and I am unable to pay and print my labels. I can't figure out how to contact customer service either so here I am asking the community to see if anyone has any suggestions for me. I checked and the money did go through from my pay pal into my One Balance account so that is not the issue.
