EU VAT -- identify which packages need to have tax ID assigned

Our staff will find it difficult to identify:

1-Which packages are going to EU countries AND

2- Which packages meet the value requirements that means we collected VAT tax

Should it be fairly easy for the Shipping Easy system to flag orders where the destination country is in the EU and whose value is between $0 and $172 and/or tax was actually collected on the order. Just a simple pop-up notice on the Ready to Ship screen would be SO SO helpful in preventing errors in the shipping room!

Hi Emily, 

Thank you for taking the time to post. You can create a Shipping Rule to flag the orders based on the order conditions. 

Create a Shipping Rule

Shipping Rules Conditions & Actions

An example would be:

IF the order is equal to International

AND

The order is equal to or less than $172

Then assign the order to a category.
