Hello! I recently encountered an error when trying to ship a package. USPS has disappeared from my list of carriers. The dashboard shows I need an update to my USPS provider rate account? When I go into my One Balance page, it looks as if USPS is active, but it also says "Out of Sync." It won't let me do anything. Help!
