Paypal recently limited our account because 2 customers complained that they did not receive their packages (USPS had delays). Paypal then restricted our account from $13,000 to $6,000 and is placing a hold on funds for 21 days (deposit limits). They are also demanding that we submit tracking for every order paid with Paypal.

We have a Bigcommerce website and Paypal is one of our payment processors, about $9600/month.

So, the question is - Is there a way to send tracking information to Paypal ?
