Some customers place an order in BigCommerce for a first purchase and later place a phone call or email to request an additional item without going through BigCommerce. The BigCommerce order automatically places their information in the Orders file which is moved to Shipping History once the label is rpinted. If the data in the Shipping History file is linked to the Manual Orders saved names/addresses file, then I could find that customer to print the label for the phone/email request without having to enter his entire address in Manual Order.
