Hello , My package to Australia was returned  to me for insufficient content description.

Apparently the electronic submitted custom label had different information than what was printed the custom label on the box. On top of that shipping to australia was suspended since aug 25th.

I need to get in contact with shipping easy support to request a refund from USPS.

 Please help
