Hi Rodger, and thank you for posting to our community.
It looks like our address verification system is indicating an error for the Postal Code because it is expecting a space in the middle.
I have recreated an order in your account with the postal code split apart "V2V 2G7" and our address verification system is accepting that address.
I've left the test order on your Orders page, if you would like to test it out by creating a shipment and confirming there are no errors listed for it now.
Going forward, we would recommend making sure to enter a space between the third and fourth number in any Canadian postal codes. The link below has more information on that if needed.
