Printing label error for international (EasyShip)

 So when I go to "print label" and do all of the normal things that I do, I get this message. Now this only is happening for international orders. The zip code is all there so that doesn't seem to be the issue. If anybody could please help me on this, it would be most appreciated! Gotta get these orders out. Ive been doing the same process for a while now - not sure why its just now screwing up.

Thanks for posting in our forums! It looks like you are using our EasyShip option for Storenvy merchants. I took a look at your transactions and ticket history and it appears you spoke to Melody on our email support about this issue. I would like to note that we send emails regarding the failed transactions. In the future I suggest you check "All Mail" for an email from storenvysupport@shippingeasy.com to see if there are details regarding these failed labels. Based on your communication with her, it looks like you were missing a required field.

If you are still unable to find your label, would you please email storenvysupport@shippingeasy.com with the order number and recipient name? We will be able to look up specific information for your label there!
