Starter account charged for Basic but type didn't change

I have been charged on my 2 previous billing cycles for a Basic Plan, but my account type never changed. I also never authorized these charges, though I'd like to be able to use the services of a Basic plan if I was going to be charged for it anyway.. I'm still only allowed 50 shipments a month.

I believe we made contact already via email, but I wanted to post here for anyone else with a billing question or problem.
We take billing issues very seriously and ask that anyone experiencing a billing problem, to contact our support directly using the support links in the top left of their account, or via billing@shippingeasy.com.
