Defaults fluctuate and can cost you

When shipping international.

If we select DHL these are the defaults

Bill shipment to: - sender
Bill customs duties paid by: - recipient

If we select FedEx these are the defaults

Bill shipment to: - sender
Bill customs duties paid by: - sender

because of this we sent out many packages billed customs duties to sender when shipping FedEx international.

Defaults need to be the same.  We feel they should both be recipient.
