Harmonized Tariff Code to Australia

There's a bug I think. I've shipped international shipments before and use the same tariff code each time. This time, I got an error saying it was too long, so I shortened it into every possible permutation and it still won't accept it.

Thanks for taking the time to post in our forums- sorry to see that you are having trouble sending your international package.

It looks like this order was shipped elsewhere so I'm no longer able to troubleshoot this on your account. Based on this message, it looks like this is due to the SKU on the order being too long.

If you run into this again and aren't able to resolve, feel free to post again in our forums!

It was referring to the HS tariff number not the SKU. The SKU was belt31

Thanks for the reply! The harmonized codes are limited to 6 characters so that may have been the cause. Since this has already been shipped I can't check the error historically, but if you run into this again please make sure your harmonized code is 6 characters or fewer. If not, just leave the order on Ready to Ship and let us know here so we can help take a look.
