I noticed yesterday and today that I’m not able to get a carrier quote from UPS for my One Balance account. Below are screenshots that I took of the issues I’m having. The error I’m getting from UPS says “Carrier unable to provide a rate quote” along with a spinning circle at the Orders menu. I'm able to get a rate quote from USPS. I tried calling Stamps.com and they said there was nothing wrong with my account on their end.
I’ve been using this same packaging weight, dimensions and service for same item for weeks. Only yesterday and today I'm running into this error. It gives me an error no matter what UPS service I select.
Anyone have ideas?
