I've used the shipping easy app through my Big Commerce account for a couple years without issue. All of a sudden I can't get it to cooperate with international shipments. Domestic (US) shipping works as it always has, but with international orders I can't select any carrier or package options. It shows USPS as the only option (it's all I use to ship) but when I click on it, nothing changes. I still get "please select carrier above" in the carrier service dropdown tab. I'll attach screenshot. Am I missing something? I've never had this issue.

I'm sorry to hear about your issue with International shipments. After checking your account, it appears your Endicia Int'l & Expedited account has not been configured. Since that account is needed to fund International and Priority USPS shipments, this could certainly cause International Carrier options to be inaccessible from your account.
The article link below contains a guide to setting up Carrier accounts, including your Endicia accounts. Can you use that guide to set up the Int'l & Expedited Endicia account, and let us know if you still have trouble accessing International Carrier options afterwards?
