I'm sorry to hear that you ran into an issue printing a batch of labels.
I checked with our Product Team and found that we did run into difficulty generating labels for a short period yesterday. Here is the info from our alert on the site: "Our hosting provider is currently experiencing a temporary error that is affecting label generation for some customers. We are working closely with them to resolve this as quickly as possible. Our apologies for the inconvenience."
I wasn't able to resolve the issue on your account myself but I created a ticket for the Development Team to assist and they were able to resolve it. As such, you should see the orders back on the Ready to Ship page now.
