Issue with shipping label layout

In label settings, I have chosen my domestic label format to be this:

And I have saved this setting. When I made a domestic shipment and when to print, this is what it looked like:

Is this intentional? if not, how should I fix this?

Hello Andrew, and thank you for posting to our community!

Based on the information in your account, it appears your labels were originally printed using the previous label setting for a single 4x6" label centered on letter page.

Unfortunately any changes you make in the Label settings page cannot be applied retroactively to labels you have already purchased. Once a label is purchased, the label format is locked in.

If you wish to reprint already purchased labels, using the alternate 4x6" - 2 centered half sheets format, you will need to cancel, duplicate and repurchase those labels using the steps in the link below.

Keep in mind, when you cancel a label a refund request is automatically sent to Endicia and USPS for approval. That process typically takes about 2 weeks.
